Sign Up For Emailed Statements

Please complete all required fields.  In the "Statement password" field, please enter a password you will use to open your email statements and other notices.  The field is limited to any eight (8) characters.  Statements and notices are sent in an encrypted format for your security.  The password is required to decrypt the statement for your viewing.
 
To complete your request, an email with an attachment will be sent to the email address you have provided above.  That email will request that you open the attachment, view the codeword that appears in the document and reply by email with that codeword.  This process ensures that you are able to receive and view your statements and notices.  If we do not receive a reply to this email, your request for emailed statements and notices cannot be completed.
 
By clicking Submit, you agree to receive periodic statements and other notices that will be sent via secure electronic transmission.  You will no longer receive periodic statements in paper form; however, you may request one at any time by contacting us.  A fee for printed statements may apply (see our Fee Schedule).
 
Adobe Reader (download here) and an active Internet connection are required to view emailed statements.
 
You may switch back to paper statements at any time. This may necessitate a change in account type. The rates, benefits and fees (if any) associated with the account you choose will then apply.  This content applies to all electronic statements unless otherwise noted.
