History - The Village Bank was founded in August 1996 to become the oldest locally owned bank in St. George. The bank is a state-chartered, independent bank that serves the financial needs primarily of the residents and businesses of Washington and Iron Counties. The bank was organized by a group of local businessmen that were concerned about the void of a locally owned and controlled financial institution.

Since inception, The Village Bank has experienced excellent growth, with most years exceeding 25%. Total assets currently exceed $250 million.

Operations - The Village Bank currently has four offices available for our customers. Each office is strategically located for convenient access. Our locations include offices on Tabernacle Street, Sunset Blvd., River Road in St. George, and on Telegraph Street in Washington.

The Village Bank continues to look for office sites that provide convenient access for our customers.

Mission - The mission of the bank is to assist our customers in achieving their financial goals. We accomplish this by combining outstanding customer service, state-of-the-art technology, and customized banking products. We are dedicated to the prosperity of our customers, our communities, and our employees.
